For all this, we would be faced with a question of first order of interest to all jurists, since the legal system and the judicial system have been adapting and developing more efficient solutions that agree with the volume of problems and their content and that also represent a path towards a greater understanding of reality by those who find themselves immersed in a process.

Currently, our criminal policy and the general legal system still need the Penal Code with its retributive Fax Lists system and criminal, civil and commercial procedural laws to respond to the needs and attitudes of contemporary humans who are immersed in a lawsuit.

At the same time, the judicial apparatus of the State seems to be unable to respond on its own in its fullness to the practical demands presented by the degree of awareness of society and of the individual in relation to the conflicts that reach the courts. We are talking about obvious needs that have already been noted in multiple statistics on the degree of satisfaction with Justice, for example: the need to be listened to and listened to, the need for a deep understanding of what happened, the need for justice and truth or the need for participation in solving our own problem.

For some decades now, we have been working to complement our judicial system so that it can be configured so that it not only responds to these demands, but also contributes together with other sciences as another line of growth in the consciousness of the men and women who go through a judgment, resulting in the benefit of the generic body of humanity. It is about developing multidisciplinary mechanisms that, within the conflict, allow a true experience of Justice to germinate for the people who integrate and navigate the judicial processes and their consequences.

Should justice promote other complementary ways of bringing conflicts to the surface that facilitate the work of the individual citizen to achieve a higher level of consciousness? Without going into the possible answers and opinions, for now, what is clear is that at least the State must make these new forms of Justice possible so that they can be used by those who are in a position to use them. This is the discreet path that some legislations are encouraged to begin to follow within what we know as Restorative Justice .
